The handle snapped off my Tierra 2500 yesterday when our boat capsized, able to retrieve the Daiwa/GBlanks but lost the STX/Kistler, I was looking for some online dealers and only came up with Mikes Reel Repair, prices are good but the fact that its going to cost me more to ship then actual parts themselves?

Anythoughts?

Yup, first of all glad you are here to post about the loss.  Second though was- what's the water temp and depth?  Swimable?  Diveable?  Draggable?

First off make sure you have the right schematic for the reel, next make sure you have the correct part number (G84-7801).

The two best places in the US to order parts are from the factory direct J Francho posted the address for that, then there is....

Southwestern Parts & Service

605 W. Mockingbird

Dallas, TX 75247

1-214-630-8161

Mikes will cost an arm and a leg, as they are located in Canada....

Good Luck & Tight Lines!!!
