I just bought one on Thursday, will let you know when it gets here this week!  This will be my primary frog rod, the 7'1 H/F Kister Argon Flip n' Pitch I was using is getting assigned to pitching duty.

I have one as my designated frog rod. It is an AMAZING stick man! The Powell rods over 7ft are really under rated too. It is labeled MH but is more like Heavy. It has the backbone of a flippin' stick but with a softer tip. I can launch a Spro frog or Rage Tail Toad a mile! It can also double as a jig/worm rod for fishing cover. You will not be disappointed with it.

Look at this link at TW, open the link to the site's review of the

735 frog rod.

I fish Dobyns rods, not powell, but the ratings are some what similar. My frog rod is a 736. If you're fishing heavier weed mats, the 6 power comes in handy. If you're using it just for frogs, there's really no down side to a 6 power.

I am pretty much a dobyns guy exclusively but I do have a Powell 735 just for my frogs and I have to say it would be hard to find a better frog rod out there especially in this price range. Get one and i'm sure u will be happy.  8-)
