basspro96 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 My dad bent my reel handle....I asked him if he would just replace it since tackle warehouse was having such a good deal on STX's...But no....He swears he can fix it...Is there any hope. Or will it be warped forever? Quote

Super User Dan: Posted August 15, 2009 Super User Posted August 15, 2009 was it an STX that he bent? How did he bend it? Quote
endless Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 was it a baitcaster or spinning reel?? cause bass pro sells replacement handles for baitcasters i guess they all hook up the same but if not check local tackle shops they might have some in the back that comes off broken reels. mine has tons of handles just none that will work for my cardinal. Or will it be warped forever? He will never get it back exactly as it was. We straighten cranks all the time when they come in, but they are never exactly the same as when first manufactured. Even at that they are still usable. Would be no different if you had taken a fall and bent the handle. Tight Lines!!! Quote
