Seriously, you can't unwind the line from around the drag? How much line do you think is wrapped around it? You should be able to pull the line free with a little work.

So i can't use drag. Or reel in smoothly.

Raul is right. Remove the handle and look for the line wrapped under the drag star, around the crank shaft, inside the crank support bearing, and the one-way AR bearing. ;)

Make sure you have the reels schematic in front of you so you will know what and how it is all re-stacked when your done....

Better yet send it off to one of the pflueger factory satellite service centers.

Sorry for the pretty short reply, I was in a hurry  :-/. But RM already replied what has to be done, the line must be trapped somewhere in all those parts.
