bass wrangler569 Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 The one near me isn't too great. They cater more to trout and live bait fishermen but I'll go there if I'm in a pinch. Quote
tnbassfisher Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 I went into one close about two weeks ago. They had a great inventory. Also, they had many quality items on clearance. Some of them were really good deals. Quote

warwickforlife Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Given the choice between Dicks and BPS, I would never go to Dicks again. There are two Dicks w/in 20 mins of me here in MD, BPS is about 45 mins away. Dicks does'nt even come close to BPS. People who work there are usually idiots too. Quote
VolFan Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Comparing Dick's and BPS is like comparing a 7-11 to a normal grocery store. Dick's may not have every thing you need every time, but they're prolific and very convenient. BPS is there predominantly for hunting/fishing; Dicks's has some of that in addition to a host of other sports. That said, Dick's near me in Bailey's Crossroads has a pretty good selection, and I've never had a problem with customer service there. Quote
