Super User Micro Posted July 11, 2009 Super User Posted July 11, 2009 It's gonna be hard choosing a new rod... http://tackletog.com/cal/2009/07/10/tt-producttpreview-new-rods-from-lamiglas/ Quote
Koop Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Wow can't wait to check those out. Wonder what the release date will be. Quote
21farms Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 a few days ago, my local retailer hinted that the reason lamiglas has been behind on all their other rods was because they were heavily occupied with the introduction of a new lineup of rods and now, we get a first glimpse. my guess is that they will available fairly soon. so far, i haven't been overly impressed with any of the $100 rods (bucoo and mojo) but i'm holding out hope for these as i like the actions on lot of other lamiglas rods. stryk9 Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 so now i have to get the new patriarch, the new garcia rods and now a new lamiglas. yikes. Quote
Super User Micro Posted July 11, 2009 Author Super User Posted July 11, 2009 Seems like there is a whole new category of rods - Recession Rods. Mojo, Bucoo, Vendetta and whatever Lamiglass chooses to call theres. Quote
Super User islandbass Posted July 11, 2009 Super User Posted July 11, 2009 Looks like I might have to drop by Lamiglas HQ when I get the chance. This price point is about where their competitor series was and might still be. From the looks of it, it appears that they might be parallel St. Croix by making an offering of value rods with split (these new ones) and full grip (The Competitor Series). Yay, Lamiglas! Quote
