braid line

i just started using braid lined, and when it goes through my eyes it seems like it is a lot louder than mono, i was wondering if this is always the case or if im doing something wrong... thanks

You are doing nothing wrong.

Braid is noisy when passing through the eyelets.  Just the nature of the beast.

that is one of my pet peves about braid.the least noisey braids are the fireline braid that just came out (not regular fireline) and diawa samuri.i like the fireline best.
