I have the following rod/reel combos and I wondering how you would use them.

M action rod/4.1 ratio spinning reel

M action rod/6.2 ratio baitcast reel

MH action rod/5.1 ratio baitcast reel

Right now I'm using the spinning set up for plastics and hard to cast lures.  The 6.2 combo for everthing.  I just got the MH/5.1 and wondering what to use it for.

I'm looking for what jobs each of these combos do best.

The spinning ireel would be best for your plastics

The 6.2:1 BC would be good for top water, jerk baits, jigs etc...

The5.0:1 would be good for crankbaits

Later, ;)

i also have this set-up

M action rod/6.2 ratio baitcast reel

but i have an avid mf/chronarch 51mg

i use this set-up for pretty much everything, with the chronarch i can cast weightless worms without any backlash, i like jerkbaits, cranks, its a little harder to throw the hevier stuff but it'll still work
