I have not had mine long enough to give a true review. It feels great and is super light. Great sensitivity thus far. Shop around!!! I found mine on Ebay for 110 shipped NEW!!!

Not when my line is breaking the "e21" guides.. that are "titanium" coated. What a joke.

My Lamiglas XPS704 is just as light, strong and uses Fuji Concept Guides.. not some aluminum junk with a coating.

Paid $149 for it and my shop. And I got 20% off because I'm a frequent buyer.

It's worth it just so everybody will ask you to take out your carrot and let them hold it.

But seriously, the parabolic E21 has been great for spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Only used it for a week but I really like it so far.

Why are people so afraid of change?  Talk about a monopoly on guides.  If it isn't fuji it sucks...?  BS.  If it means they save me some money with non-mainstream guides, cool (As long as they last and perform).  Time will tell.  I fished my first carrot today and was happy with it's performance.  My one concern on the guides is that they are indeed metal and metal can nick.  The way I beat the hell out of my rods I hope I don't nick the end guide and end up cutting my line when something important is pulling my line.  

It is everyone's own decision to decide what rod to use.  I just hope most are not ignorant and atleast try something new from time to time.  Cast a friends for an hour or two.  I also tested a new Mojo today and found the lack of sensativity quite frustrating.  Both of these rods tested today were expiriments.  Just because I endorse the carrot's performance today doesn't mean I'm running out and replacing all my rods.

This was with braid. It's been reported numerous times. If someone says anything "bad" about the "orange stick", they get defensive. I understand. You love the product, you hype the product, then nothing can be wrong, right?  ;D

I have a 6'10'' MH Gold that I originally bought for smaller texas rigs and slow moving baits.  On first impression I thought it was a bit flimsy to have a F tip.  After application, I found the action to be extremely moderate, almost parabolic, It makes for a great cranking rod and have a feeling that when I get my Sol back it will be an amazing combo.

I've had and used a few different models now.  I do not think these rods are in the same league in quality and performance as the Powell rods ($140 to $160) or the Crucial series ($150 - $180).  The poor quality finish, components, and squishy foam handle just don't do it for me at all.  They are light, and do stand out in a crowd that's for sure...
