dmac14 Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Very manageable and I have alot of trust in it. Quote
Super User fourbizz Posted February 19, 2009 Super User Posted February 19, 2009 Sufix. Nothing else is even close. Quote
rfunfarm Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 My favorite braid would be braided pigtails on a 21 yr old co-ed Quote
T-Bone Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I voted for Power Pro, but I find that Suffix is equally as good. Quote
BASS fisherman Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Sufix. Nothing else is even close. x2 Quote
Handy Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I voted suffix. I also like fireline for some applications but since I found suffix I have not looked back. I tried power pro but for me it didn't cast as nice. Those last 2 sentences might make me an outcast(LOL). Paul Quote
Super User South FLA Posted February 19, 2009 Super User Posted February 19, 2009 Superbraid haven't had an issue, but I am trying out Daiwa's Samurai braid and loving it so far. Quote
Super User eyedabassman Posted February 19, 2009 Super User Posted February 19, 2009 Sufix. Nothing else is even close. x2 X 3 Quote
MichiganFisherman Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Power Pro but, I've never tried Suffix. Quote
SimonSays Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 suffix for that sexy neon orange color Quote
central_fl_fishin Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I like the power pro's green color. It blends well with the lakes here in florida. It's like bass thread. hehe Quote
Super User senile1 Posted February 19, 2009 Super User Posted February 19, 2009 Deja vu. This poll looks eerily familiar. I believe I relive this moment twice a year. I once voted for Power Pro. I tried Suffix two years ago and that relegated Power Pro to second place. For the last two years I have voted for Suffix and it still works for me. Quote
NYfishwow Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 power pro or suffix because most fisherman can buy those. I don't like suffix and voted for fireline. Quote

Primus Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I've been happy with most of the braid that I've tried except for fireline. I've settled on Spiderwire Stealth because I can get a 300 yd spool of 50 lb. for $ 19.99 and a 15 lb test spool for the same price which are the 2 that I use. I've also have used the Stren with good results, haven't tried the Suffix but it's obviously a good product based on the positive feedback. Quote
ToledoEF Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 I have fireline now, but it frays a bit (still no break offs *knock on wood*) But I may throw on power pro or suffix to throw with my new baitcast! Quote
THEbassmaster Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Power Pro. Ive never tried any others and this has served me well by doing everything i put it through and then some. So, if it aint broke, dont fix it. aaron Quote
ToledoEF Posted March 4, 2009 Author Posted March 4, 2009 cool results looks like ill pick up some power pro, which color Quote
21farms Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 power pro because the 1500 yard spools are still cheaper than the 1200 yard spool of sufix and i can't tell that much difference between them Quote
