I want to purchase a few of these things and i want them for: spinnerbaits 1/4-1oz.'ers 6'9" mh cranks 1/4-1/2 oz. 7'2"m parabolic t-rigs 7'0" MH pitchin plastics/ jigs 7'3" mh shakey heads/wacky wormin/drop shot'n (NOT SURE???) what rod?? I also thought I could buy a 7'6" heavy for plippin/pitchin and also use it for carolina rigs when i needed to..???? would this be okay, I guess I could use this rod for swimbaits and frogs too HUH?? would that work too?? tell me what action to get and if the ones i have already choosen would be right for the job!!!! thanks Quote

I would get the 7'6 if I was you and could get it and the 8 footer too to me the 8 footer would let me use it for more baits and be there when you are fishing REALLY nasty stuff. that that thing handles 5oz swim baits like a champ even a 7oz swimbait not no more then that tho its rated for up to 5 ozs but will handle 6-7 well.... and still have a great tip to let you pitch with total control..
