LCpointerKILLA Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Hey guys, I have a bunch of bags of different styles of worms by roboworm, and I am looking for the best one for the Carolina Rig. Telling me your favorites would help a lot. Thanks Quote
basspro48 Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Never thrown a robo on a carolina rig, they are however some of the best drop-shot worms out there... Quote
LCpointerKILLA Posted December 14, 2007 Author Posted December 14, 2007 Never thrown a robo on a carolina rig, they are however some of the best drop-shot worms out there... I have used my 4 inch strait tails on dropshot with great success, but I am trying to fish the c rig more to get better at it. Quote
Shad_Master Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 I have never thrown a Robo Worm on a C-rig either - one of the most popular C-rig lures in this area is the Lake Fork RingFry - you might want to give that a lookysee. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted December 14, 2007 Super User Posted December 14, 2007 Try these: http://www.roboworm.com/zsframe.htm I have some of every color, but it doesn't seem to matter. Quote
mar Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 you can try a 6 or 7 inch robos if you're fishing w/ ~1/2oz bullet head. not sure what type of cover you have at your lake or water clarity. Quote
Infidel. Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 They will all work on a carolina rig. But if I had to choose one it would be these, in the six inch version. Quote
LCpointerKILLA Posted December 14, 2007 Author Posted December 14, 2007 Thanks road warrior I have those in the aarons magic color. And ifidel I have those in 3 colors and never really have used them. Do you think I would have any success throwing that style on a c-rig? Quote
LCpointerKILLA Posted December 14, 2007 Author Posted December 14, 2007 Oh yeah I forgot, I have some pitchin kraws, will those produce on the C-Rig? Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Any plastic that will produce, will produce on a c-rig...tried to think of an exception, but came up empty-handed. Quote
Brad_Coovert Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Pitchin' Kraws work great on Crigs. Brad Quote
