Super User .dsaavedra. Posted December 9, 2007 Super User Posted December 9, 2007 fat free shad is by bomber right? if so they use those Tx3 hooks or whatever...they are very nice hooks. Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted December 9, 2007 Super User Posted December 9, 2007 They are VERY good. The X-Calibur TX-3 rotating hooks are extremely sharp. Falcon Quote
bassdocktor Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 I haven't had any problems with them. And dsaavedra they are made by Bomber and you can sometimes find them sold under Excalibers name too. Quote

radman Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 The same company, Pradco owns Bomber and Excalibur, about 4 years ago they changed the name of the Excalibur to Bomber and there still called the fat free shad series. Those are really sharp hooks. The website is lurenet.com Quote
Super User Marty Posted December 10, 2007 Super User Posted December 10, 2007 Pradco did the same with the Spit'n Image, Pop'n Image and Swim'n Image. For the first years of those lures' existence they were sold under the Excalibur name, but changed to Heddon four or five years ago. I know that first-hand since the Swim'n Image is my favorite super-shallow crank. Quote
