Super User fourbizz Posted February 18, 2009 Super User Posted February 18, 2009 Anybody tried it? Picked up a couple spools for $1 a piece. Quote
Super User Sam Posted February 18, 2009 Super User Posted February 18, 2009 Four, Never heard of it. But for $1 a spool give it a shot and let us know how it performs. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 18, 2009 Super User Posted February 18, 2009 Anybody tried it? Picked up a couple spools for $1 a piece. Well, several years ago I tried light weight (#4 & #6) Triple Fish Flourocarbon and through it away. Test it thoroughly before throwing anything important. : Quote
ROCbass Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 My brother has this line in 10# on a spinning combo, and I haven't heard him complain about it ever. I don't use his rod often but every once in a while we will trade and it seems to be good line from my limited experience. I also really like Triple Fish Camo escent line, I have it in 12# on one of my baitcasters. I'm not sure if the camo escent and the silicone are different lines or not though, other than one being camo. Quote
hawgchaser Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Triple Fish Xrated is a fantastic line! I do not know about the silicon you got. Quote
