Where did you get it for $9? Usually $20 but at any price I think it is the best that I have used in my limited experience. At $9 my experience will broaden.

I got it at a store called MEIJERS it is kinda like a super wal-mart.  They have the 8lb, 10lb, and 12lb 30%off plus an additional 25% off.  I got 1 spool of 8lb but maybe I should go get more.  What do you guys use it for?  I was going to spool it on my 2 revos 1 for cranks and the other for plastics.  How is the stretch?

I use it for T Rigging in junk. Does not cast well for crankbaiting for which I like a bit of stretch in my line. 8 lb you may want to use on a spinning outfit with plastics. IMHO

Used their 12-15-17 lb 100% last year for the first time.  Was impressed with it on a baitcasting outfit for fishing jigs, worms, and creatures.   The memory was tolerable, very senstivie, and good abrasion resitance, especially around zebra mussels.  However, after using it for a few weeks it got brittle when tying a knot.  Needed to strip off several yards before getting to good line.  For the cost you would think it would have some kind of UV protection built into it.  For me it was to expensive to respool every few trips out in the Summer time.

best flouro I have used so far.I would have bought quite a few spools at that price.Dont have to respool as much in my oppinion. I never have seen it get brittle or weak after using it,and I fish just about every day in the spring and fall.

It's my favorite line, on spinning gear I use it in 6lb for dropshotting, 8lb on my small jerkbait rod, and 8lb on my senko/fluke/tube rod. On casting gear I use 10, 12, and 15 for a wide varity of uses.

I was just wondering the trilene 100% flouro is it like wire. A lot of my friends said it just jumps off the spools and they get a lot of backlashs so do u recommended buying this line ?

I love it.  With the KVD line and lure conditioner, the 15lb. test on my baitcasting setup (Curado 200DHSV and MBR 844 IMX) casts weightless Senkos great.

KVD Line & Lure Conditioner will help greatly with this issue as well as reducing memory. I use the 100% fluorcarbon also and its been very good to me. It's the only straight fluorocarbon I use anymore and I always treat it with KVD L&LC.

used 8# on a few spinning reels (4" finesse worms & senkos) and 12# on a few baitcasters (jigs, flukes, tx rigged worms).  Was very impressed.  Much better than Vanish..I will never buy that again.  I was a P-Line fluoro guy but the Berkley 100% ranked right there with it for me....if not even a little better.  Again this was based on 1 season with it.  I plan to spool it up again on the same combos as last year.
