Super User Redlinerobert Posted November 20, 2007 Super User Posted November 20, 2007 Oh man this lure will be a KILLER in the spring. http://www.river2seausa.com/ Quote
Super User T-rig Posted November 20, 2007 Super User Posted November 20, 2007 Looks like a toy. ;D Quote
Davis Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Weighs 2 ounces. That takes me out of the game lol. Don't have the money to upgrade to a setup that will let me fish it. But your right Robert. It would be killer around my parts. Quote
bpm2000 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 when is this coming out? They've been advertising it forever! Quote
mayassa Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 I was waiting for the Bass "Kept as a Pet" in the pool to strike it ;D Slow motion on the video had me in stitches..... Quote
Jake. Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Wow! You can stick a rattle up it's azz! Quote
Super User Catt Posted November 20, 2007 Super User Posted November 20, 2007 That looks similar to the Storm Thunder Core Dawg, I had 1 come in at work and haven't figured out what to do with it. http://www.stormlures.com/products/luresdetail.cfm?modelName=thundercore_dawg&freshorsalt=Fresh&type=hybrid_lures Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted November 21, 2007 Author Super User Posted November 21, 2007 They are available now I believe, I bought a couple at Bass 0 Rama. Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted November 21, 2007 Author Super User Posted November 21, 2007 Wow. Check out their dragon fly popper! Quote
bass109 Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I also like river2sea baits, i guess dragon fly popper can work in pressured lakes. The Nest Raider looks good for pike. Quote
Jake. Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Wow. Check out their dragon fly popper! Great bait where there's alot of dragon flies, but the wings tend to break fairly easily. Quote
bass109 Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I agree with The_Jake if its going to be a topwater, it should be able to withstand a few fish. Quote
Super User T-rig Posted November 21, 2007 Super User Posted November 21, 2007 Wow. Check out their dragon fly popper! Great bait where there's alot of dragon flies, but the wings tend to break fairly easily. I have a few of those dragonflies and never had the wings break. Quote
bait__Monkey Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Countless big bass will be taken on these this spring. River2sea will only be making so many of them so you might want to buy the first ones you see. Quote

Super User .dsaavedra. Posted November 21, 2007 Super User Posted November 21, 2007 i saw the nest raider a few weeks back. looks good for clear, heavily pressured lakes where realism is the key, but its too big and too expensive for me....i think if i was gonna go w/ an egg eating salamander pattern i'd just stick a bullet weight in front of a soft plastic salamander. Quote
Lightninrod Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Wow. Check out their dragon fly popper! Tried them a few years ago and they are fragile(wing broke off on first cast to open water) and way too light in weight for me. That NR does look like it might be effective though. Dan Quote
