I am looking for some input on Dobyns champion crankbait rods. Looking to throw spooks, sammy, and cranks. Anyone have experience with these rods? What do you think?

the 684cb is an excellent joice for topwater and dt14 type baits good action and nice backbone also, not reccomended for the real deepdivers due to length only,as far as the new rods, they wont be out until mid jan,and they are upgraded.

Yes the new rods will be out in Jan sometime.. for your topwater i would use the 733c for spooks, sammy and other tw baits.. is one of the best rods i have ever used for these... if your looking for a deep cranking rod like for dd22 dt20's i would go for the 805cb...if looking for a cb rod for shallower stuff the 705cb ...  i also use my 733 for traps....if you have anymore questions fell free to pm me ....
