What do you guys know about the Okuma Rod Warranty.  I tried finding any helpful info on their website but came up empty handed. I have the 7'6" H swimbait rod. Basically I want to know what's covered (I had the inner insert of the tip guide come out and can't get it in) and how much it is to do an over the counter trade?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks guys

Okuma's website has a forum in which their factory reps participate, much like what Bantam from Shimano does here. I'm sure you'll get your answer there. From what I've read on their forum, they seem to back their products fairly well.

My Okuma swimbait rod did the same thing and I contacted Okuma directly and they said to send it in, pay for shipping (Like 16 bucks), and you got a new rod.
