St Croix Legend Tournament LTB70HF "Frog -n-Slop". Or if thats out of your price range try the Avid AVC70HF. I recently bought both and the fish the frog equaly well. BUT my favorite frog rod is neither..........thats right. I have an older (pre IPC) St Croix Avid AC610MHF that IMHO is a PERFECT frog rod. Long enough for long casts and good hooksets, short enough for pin point accuracy in tight spots, the shorter length makes walking the frog much easier IMHO, and it's a much more powerfull rod than the MH rating it sports. St Croix doesn't make this rod any more, but from time to time they turn up on e-bay.

I second the 704C, though mine is a Powell.  Nice, flexible tip for flinging lightweight toads, but plenty of power in the butt to haul out a hog.  Paired mine with a Curado 200DHSV and 50lb Sufix braid.
