Good morning everyone, this may be the wrong place to post this but I trust that it will be moved if it is.

Have any of you ever heard of Acadia Sports 98% 24 ton high modulus crabon graphite rods and more importantly have any of you bought and used these rods? What can you tell me about them? ANy help would be greatly appreciated. If you need me to tell you everything about the rod components and the deal I just received in the mail for them, I will gladly share the information. Looking forward to any and all inputs. Thanks :(

Can you say marketing hype for a house brand rod.. :(

Do a forum (Bass Fishing Forums Bass Boats & Fishing Equipment Fishing Rods, Reels, Line, Leaders, and Knots) search for Acadia Rods you will get about 67 answers...

Good Luck...... :)

I have 2 of the P series medium heavy casting rod from Arcadia.  I can tell you that their customer service is top notch, and the tip is very sensitive, but the rod is somewhat unreliable.  First off the ceramic rings are very fragile, they can be cracked easily and fall out of the metal guides. Secondly, the tail-end of the cork handle can break off after about 3 months of use.  I would like to see them improve on the quality of their rods a bit more.
