bronzeback01 Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 I am looking to buy a bsr 852 senko spinning rod , do you think the glx version is worth the x-tra 100 or so bucks or will i be happy w/the non glx mossyback version ? PS i have a bsr 803 mossyback that i love but i've never used a glx. Quote
ArcticCat500 Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 I posted a similar question but not exactly to the likeness of yours, heres the results, Im still considering a high end spinning rod but yet to decide. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1217956513 t Quote
Super User Gone_Phishin Posted September 6, 2008 Super User Posted September 6, 2008 Go for it. The sensitivity of these rods is amazing, and knowing that you are using such a responsive and sensitive rod will do wonders for your confidence as well. The fifty dollar Xpeditor service is enough to seal the deal. Quote

Super User roadwarrior Posted September 7, 2008 Super User Posted September 7, 2008 The money for a GLX is well spent. This a rod you will own for a lifetime. Xpeditor service is $50. 8-) Quote
loomis spookwalker Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I agree. The GLX is a guaranteed lifetime rod. You can't go wrong with that. Quote
