I have a M Tourney Special and an Extreme MH.....  both are gone as soon as I can afford the rods I want..  BPS rods are the beginning point for getting into Bass fishing.  You will soon outgrow them if you progress in your fishing knowledge and experience.

After having fished quality rods like powell, kistler, and such, BPS rods feel like I am fishing broomsticks.  IMHO.

that might be because you are comparing a tourney special which is their bottom of the line with rods that are nicer.
