Red Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 i am sure everyone has seen the cork reel knobs you can get for daiwa reels http://www.***.com/descpageACCDAIWA-DICC.html i am wondering if there is something similar that would fit a revo? if anyone knows i sure would appreciate any info or links on the subject thanks Cliff Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted June 13, 2008 Super User Posted June 13, 2008 Cliff, The Bassart carbon handles made for a Calcutta 300 will will fit the Revo. You can fit the cork knobs on that handle as well. Quote
Red Posted June 13, 2008 Author Posted June 13, 2008 thank you robert, do you happen to have a link to their site? so basically i have to change handles in order to usee the cork knobs? Cliff Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted June 13, 2008 Super User Posted June 13, 2008 www.plat.co.jp Order the bassart handle for the Calcutta 400, along with the Daiwa corkies that fit that handle. I would recommend the 90mm handle. Thats what I have on my Revo. Quote
Red Posted June 14, 2008 Author Posted June 14, 2008 i dont know, maybe i am an idiot, but i cant find it on that web site is a conquest the same as a calcutta? Cliff Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted June 14, 2008 Super User Posted June 14, 2008 Conquest is the same as the Calcutta. You need the bassart for the 400. Quote

You can also get it from this guy, may be even a couple of bucks cheaper, but like Robert said, that is the only way, the knobs shaft on the Revos handle is way thicker than in the Daiwas http://www.brooklynbillstackleshop.com/bassart/bassart.html Quote
