bronzeback01 Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 i have a bronzeback a mossyback and an imx and they all have them Quote
Redsyn Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 The drop shot rod does not have them. I bought a hook hanger from a fishing show/convention and it has a magnet inside and works wayyy better then the one I got from bps. I think they were call ez something Quote
Super User Alpster Posted May 4, 2008 Super User Posted May 4, 2008 G-Loomis Dropshot rods are the only Bass rods that do not have hookkeepers. Instead they have an elastic band to hold a dropshot rig. Ronnie Quote
Super User dodgeguy Posted May 5, 2008 Super User Posted May 5, 2008 drill a hole through the trigger and now you have a hook hanger. Quote
Branuss04 Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 drill a hole through the trigger and now you have a hook hanger. Drilling a hole through a $250 rod just doesn't seem right. I'd rather just b*tch about it. I'll have to invest in something. I did that with my okuma when the hook hanger broke. It works like a charm. Quote
Super User dodgeguy Posted May 5, 2008 Super User Posted May 5, 2008 i actually like it better than a factory hook hanger.you can't damage the blank. Quote
