I'm looking for some small profile reel covers for my Zillions, Alphas and SOL's because my new Steez came with a reel cover and I want more, actually the more I think of it I want one for every rod.

Also, if anyone has a Steez and doesn't use the cover ... I'll buy it!!  Daiwa does not sell the covers that come with the Steez as I already tried that route.

Thanks all,

Steve

Raul,

I don't care who you are, that's funny right there!

Do you know which size for the reels I've listed?  Standard, Medium or Large?  I'm going to guess the standard at $12.95?

Thanks.

Baitcast will fit all Daiwa low profile BCs Steve. I have those for my Alphas, Pixys & TDZs. They are kooler than Shimano ones, thicker, beter built, more quality built and they cover the handle too. Not exactly cheap but ...... 13 bones a pop is pocket change when what you are trying to protect is a $100 plus reel. I 'm pretty touchy when it comes to how my gear looks.

I have both of those and I like the Shimano ones better because they slip on from behind the reel and slip over the line. The Daiwa ones are nicer and better built, but because it slides on from the side it pushes the line over.

I have the shimano one but I think its not thick enough. I use progear reel covers. I dont like the nylon like fabric, i'm not sure if that itself will scratch the reel.

I got 7 Jonny Morris Reel covers off of ebay and they fit the Shimano 100 style reels ( curado, citica, chronarch 50mg ), Older Chronarchs, and the Sol perfectly. They are thick and the velcro actually holds together. I am looking for more.

They do not fit the Zillions.
