Right now, it's my Rexo SX 6.4:1 on my Team All Star IM10 6'8" MH/F spinnerbait rod.  If I only had one baitcaster setup, this would be it.  I use it for spinnerbaits, big cranks, lighter jigs, jerkbaits, and have even used it for frogs.

well not my best, but favourite for sure and has seen more fish than any other setup its a JAPANESE  ( they stopped making them in japan years ago) ss700 daiwa tournament and a st.croix priemere ml 4-10lb it's really the reel that i love, but one day ill upgrade the rod. This reel got me started on fishing, i mean started me to gain more interest in the sport and i've had it for about 6 or 7 years now!  Will always have that reel and it might just become a collectable.

My favorite right now is my Quantum Accurist PT and G.Loomis MBR783C IMX. I am doing a lot of bank fishing right now, and only carry this one casting setup. I am throwing t-rig plastics, jigs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, and topwaters, this combo handles them all very well.

Matt 5.0's Revo SX on a 6'9" Medium Heavy Carrot Stix

It is a complete toss up between a Revo SC on a 6'8MXF St. Croix Avid or a Revo SX on a 6'6 MF Avid.  Neither has hit the water but have been casted plenty in the snow!

You honestly like my junk? That rod is the biggest piece of $@#!. Carrot fibers? C'mon...you wanna buy it? I got one of those Rocket Fishing Rods from Jimmy Houston too! I throw Banjo Minnows on it. I love the gimmicks!

Tight Lines!

Yup, those Carrot Stix come with a bad grip, a lack of customer service, and "attitude". It's like driving down the highway and throwing $150 out the window.

I honestly don't know. All my combos for 08' are new, old rods got sold off, or paired with new/different reels. Old reels got sold, or, again paired with new rods.

St. Croix EC68MXF paired with a Daiwa Sol.

I've added the four bearing TD-Z handle to the Sol  Verrry smooth.  When I get the cash, I'll upgrade the bearings, drag, and add some cork knobs.

Matt 5.0's Revo & Carrot looks like the "Dream Team".

That's my favorite, but I don't own one.   :;)

Maybe Tin will get that combination and

let me borrow it next winter.
