Is it spinning or baitcasting?

If spinning, it would be great for skipping lures under docks.

If baitcast, if you are fishing an area where you have limited room to cast, would work too w/ the spinning rod.

i use my 6' med 'casting' for pitchin small cranks under docks.  a spinning -good for vert. drop-shot or skippin docks

Man, I wish I had a Clarus just lying around... Of course, I'd have to go out and buy another reel...

That's a great rod for fishing weightless plastics around docks.

Skipping docks is exactly what I would do with it as well. Also would be a good rod for shore/wade fishing creeks were space to cast can be tight.
