Fluorocarbon or other Monofilament for my jigging?

I normally use 12-15lb P-Line CXX (copolymer) for jigs. Now that it's winter I'm using 12lb to target bass from 5-30ft deep. Currently the water is very stained, with 1-1.5ft visibility. It usually doesn't exceed 3ft visibility. I'm fishing rocky points, ledges, humps with sparse wood cover. For now line visibility isn't an issue due to how stained the water is. I'm considering fluorocarbon for its sinking and sensitivity properties, especially for fishing deep. I thought that fluorocarbon would give me more direct contact when fishing 15-30ft deep, due to the fact that the line doesn't bow underwater like nylon or copolymer monofilaments. I'm also interested in the stiffness and manageability of the more abrasion resistant fluorocarbons compared to CXX. What would be your ideal line to use in this situation? I'd appreciate any suggestions on which type and lb test line to use.

99% of the time, I use Seaguar's Carbon Pro 100% fluro.  I've been using it for about 8 or 9 years.

I use 12-15lb cabelas lovis flouro for this.

I also use some triple fish too.  Its good line.  casts better but seems like it isnt as abraision resistant.  

Both are great lines but in the rocks and sicks I'd go with the cabelas.

I like 50# Power Pro braid for jigs.  I like Vicious Fluoro especially the price, I can get it for $8 for 250 yd of 15#.  In the 3-4 months I have been using the Vicious, I have had no problems.

It sounds like you'd be best off with braid if you're fishing jigs deep, line visibility is not an issue, and you're concerned about sensitivity and keeping contact with the bait.  Braid won't stretch at all, and it's more sensitive than any flouro out there....oh, and I also use Power Pro.

All my jig and worm fishing is done with a spool full of 10lb braid, with a length of carbon pro floro leader tied on. I'm going to be doing a little testing this year with a couple different lines, but that will still be my main set up for jigs and worms unless I find something better.

Fluoro or braid. Whenever you can fish with braid and not have to worry about how visible it is underwater, fish it.
