LOL, weeeeeelllll that 's what 20 years of tackle junkiness and hundreds of dollars can do, not a pretty sight though........I could have a better boat instead. ....... but I don 't need a better boat. I forgot to add my first reel, it 's an older than dirt Shakespeare spinning reel that my dad bought me when I was 9 years old, don 't ask me what model it is because I don 't have the slightest idea. ???

I just got my first baitcaster.,,

I can't believe no one has a Pinnacle.

I have an Extant HS its great.  

I guess that I dont know any difference because its the only Baitcaster I have ever used, but its nice.

I also have a spinner a shimano

and a daiwa spincast from like 1975

What type of Curado should I buy?  You guys got me excited about buying something new.  Although I bought that Pinnacle yesterday. HAHA.

I payed 70 bucks for it, and I just found it on ebay for 25

Aww well.

I about to head to Table Rock, so I needed a baitcaster anyway.

Im also thinking about buying another Pinnacle, but this time the Matrix II.

Well somehow that darn Monkey got loose and ended up attacking me again! I was just tooling about the Cabelas website and before I knew it that darned thing had another TDZ loaded in my cart. I'm not sure how he did it but he had my CC # loaded up faster than I could hit the Cancel button! So with this mishap I am forced to update my arsenal list. Its a short list but if that monkey is still on the loose, my list might grow some more!!

Hey Steltz,  I have 3 Pinnacle baitcasters and I love them!  I just bought the Matrix II and I really like it.  My opinion is that you can't go wrong with a Pinnacle.  But that is just me.

If I recall, Raul's Black Max is a Cardinal spinning reel, not one of the new low profiles.

How has the Browning held up? I ordered one, made 6 casts, layed it down, and shipped it back to bass pro the next day. Then bought a Pfluger Supreme.

Both of them have held up exceptionally well.  Mine are a several years old.  Bass Pro owns (or manages, or whatever) Browning fishing. In the last year or so both models have changed.  I don't like the news models.  There's something significantly different - they seem cheaper, less smooth, and have bling on them.  My Medallion and Citori will be my last Browning reels.
