Fluoro is stiff even in the lowest diameters. Trilene XL, Stren original and Magnathin are the least memory lines in that diameter I can remember. Only problem is that they are not what you can call abrassion "resistant".

The lowest memory mono I've yet used is Stren Magnathin. I use 6# and 8# on light and medium (respectively) spinning outfits. It is fantastic spinning line. And I haven't had any problems at all with abrasion resistance - certainly no worse than Stren Original.

mayassa - you didn't say if you were using this line on baitcasting and/or spinning equipment? I've been using Vanish on three of my spinning rigs for over 2 seasons now and I love the stuff. I use 6# test on my drop shot rig and 8# test on my tube & Senko outfits. No problems, no worries. Not sure how it would fair on baitcasting rigs, but I tend to use a dynema-type fused line for those rigs.

Thanks for all the replies I have tried the BP 6lb on my spinning reel a Stella 1000 every time I cast it bird nests between the second and third guide,  rod is a g-loomis IMX.  I just picked up the line last week and I feel like I was robbed.  I stripped off twenty feet and tried it again today same thing.

I've found that Sufix Elite #6 & #8 lb test has little to no memory, is nick resistant, and holds knots extremely well. I've had absolutely no issues with it.

Welcome aboard!

I fish Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra Soft which is a bonded fluorocarbon/ nylon coploymer. In use this line has virtually no memory. This line is highly abrassion resistant, low stretch, impervious to water and UV light, matches well with water color and it floatss!

For spinning tackle I recommend #6 (11.9 lb test); for baitcasting: #12 (19.5).

I also have a japan stella 1000 a japan 2000 stella and a japan twin power and the only line i use is 6-10 lb test stren magnathin or maxima perfection but it is a copolamer line but made for spinning reels,i purchased on ebay two brand new bulk spools of 6-8 pound test so i think i'm good til the day i die! ;D :o :-?
