Super User Redlinerobert Posted October 3, 2007 Super User Posted October 3, 2007 I am so impressed with these guys. I had two broken rods that quite honestly I was embarrased to call and see if they would replace after they had already replaced one rod for me. I finally built up the courage. Without a hesitation, both rods were replaced and no questions asked. Hats off to the boys and girls at All Star. They have solidified me as a customer for life. Quote
Super User flechero Posted October 3, 2007 Super User Posted October 3, 2007 I'm not surprised. They have always treated me above and beyond fair... as if I were a brother in law (which I'm not. ...lol ) Quote

Super User Micro Posted October 3, 2007 Super User Posted October 3, 2007 That's good to hear. I have several All Stars and want to buy a Big Boy for flippin'. I haven't had to use their customer service department yet but it's nice to know they handle matters well in case I do. Quote
