dbass Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 dsaavedra, Never heard of them, but that doesn't mean anything.... Go ahead and purchase one fish it, and, give us a full product report... Tight Lines!!!! Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted September 16, 2007 Author Super User Posted September 16, 2007 yeah. i wonder how they would be though....im very tempet to buy it because of that warranty. if that "no questions asked" lifetime warranty is really the case, then i think thats excellent! Quote

I'm not sure that a no questions asked replacement policy means anything more than that you're dealing with a rod that isn't very expensive to build, has had the price jacked up to include several free replacements, or employs a design that makes the rod very durable at the cost of being far less efficient. Most all the rod companies have very good warranties if you're dealing with actual defects. When companies start offering to replace any rod due to any breakage - watch out. There is no free lunch - such a warranty comes at some price, either in cost, design, performance, or all three....... Tight Lines!!!!! Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted September 17, 2007 Author Super User Posted September 17, 2007 yeah thanks for pointing that out to me. i was pretty iffy about that rod, specially considering ive never even heard of that company, and they have several rods out, but the only one ive been able to find for sale is that one rod on that one site. maybe i'd be better off with a team all star IM10. Super User flechero Posted September 17, 2007 Super User Posted September 17, 2007 i'd be better off with a team all star IM10. I would say so. I've built on those blanks and they are nice. Quote
mac Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 My brother has a rod made by this company and uses it for spinnerbaits he has caught a 11 pound bass on it and likes it very much hope that helps Quote
fish-fighting-illini Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 I would want to know what the "no questions asked" really meant. Does it mean ship it to us with $75 and we will send you one? Something to think about anyway. Quote
foul hooked Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Hey Dave, Go get yourself that Team Allstar. You will be happy with that purchase. You've thought it out enough. Mike Quote
riverbassfishing Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 You might want to try a Diawa. I'm loyal to them. My dad has a rod he bought 20 years ago and its still working good as new. actually it really looks new... Quote
