jeremyt Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 I am currently fishing power pro on my spinning rod. I have been using about a 3 ft leader of mono for my lures and attaching it to the braid via snap swivel. Is this ok or can the fish see the difference. The braid is so limp I have a hard time t-rigging it. Thats why I am using a leader. Quote
Super User Hookemdown. Posted August 9, 2007 Super User Posted August 9, 2007 If the snap worries you. I suggest tying the braid to the mono via a uni-uni knot. Quote

I'm sure the fish can see the snap swivel but I seriously doubt that the visibility would make the difference between a strike and a non-strike. I use Power Pro on three spinning reels and have it tied to a duolock snap; no leader. Quote
