Super User Chris at Tech Posted July 1, 2007 Super User Posted July 1, 2007 I'm trying to get into he habbit of giving my reels some TLC at least every couple of trips, so I'm doing the oiling of the easy-to-get-to areas (not breaking them down just yet ) Generally, I'm using the little sample-size oil that came with the reel I'm cleaning. I'd prefer if I could get a bigger bottle of one oil that I could use for all my reels. I have the following reels: Curado 101D 2 x Revo STX Daiwa Zillion BPS Extreme Stradic 2500 Tierra 2000 Question 1. Can I get away with using one oil for what I'm trying to do, especially when dealing with both casting and spinning reels? Question 2: What oil would be best suited for my variety of reels? Thanks Chris Quote
