Guest avid Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 I have only recently taken up dropshotting and I gotta tell ya - I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! when it's "on" It's really on. I am delighted with my Loomis BSR852 GLX spinning rod. very light, sensative, xf tip. daiwa steez Powerpro 15 lb w/ p-line cxx 6# leader owner mosquito #1 zoom finesse worm (usually) cheapo bell weight 1/6th oz. I have actually felt bluegill bump into the line while swimming by. I use a reel set. So far the hookup rate is excellent. better than anything that's not a treble hook. Quote
