If they have a web site you might want to contact them.  Or you can pm the guy on this site that fixes reels and see what he has to say.

MPO I would take to someone who knows what there doing. No offense but if you can't get it apart, then chances are you will have a hard time getting it back togather. Or you could ask Reel Mech on this site to offer some advice. Not trying to be a smart elic just trying to save you some headaches.  If you do decide to oil it yourself remember a little goes a long way

Thanks all.  A gentleman helped me with it.  FYI the left side plate comes off by pushing a button on the front of the plate and rotating it, the spool comes out and there's a screw behind the spool that holds the right side on after removing the 2 screws, handle and drag star.
