Alex from GA Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 How do I take a Browning CI 10HB apart to oil it? Thanks Quote
Guest Texas_Bass_Pro Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 If they have a web site you might want to contact them. Or you can pm the guy on this site that fixes reels and see what he has to say. Quote
KYbass1276 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 MPO I would take to someone who knows what there doing. No offense but if you can't get it apart, then chances are you will have a hard time getting it back togather. Or you could ask Reel Mech on this site to offer some advice. Not trying to be a smart elic just trying to save you some headaches. If you do decide to oil it yourself remember a little goes a long way Quote

Alex from GA Posted February 19, 2007 Author Posted February 19, 2007 Thanks all. A gentleman helped me with it. FYI the left side plate comes off by pushing a button on the front of the plate and rotating it, the spool comes out and there's a screw behind the spool that holds the right side on after removing the 2 screws, handle and drag star.
