Fished a lake today with lots of stumps and dark water.  Got stuck a couple of times that took a long time to get free.  Lots of ospreys and other birds.  There are marked channels but anywhere off them is dangerous.  I didn't fish very long and only had 2 bites and landed 1 fish.

Octogenarian fishing new water, catching bass, and wrasslin' your boat off stumps.
