Super User Further North Posted March 10 Super User Posted March 10 ...that's not how bullets work. From an advertisement on my screen on this website: 4
Super User Further North Posted March 10 Author Super User Posted March 10 I didn't have a way to reach them, so I put it on their FB page. Hopefully someone can fix it for them. 1
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted March 11 BassResource.com Administrator Posted March 11 I know a guy. He's the one that approved the ad. I showed this to him, and he said Quote In a real situation the bullet casing would not still be on the bullet. It would have been ejected. We are aware of that but kept it intact with the casing like it is shown so folks that aren't as familiar with firearms can connect to the creative concept. We took some liberty to make the idea clearer. I hope that helps 1 1 1

They should have gone with something like a missile if understanding firearms is an issue. 1
Rockhopper Posted March 11 Posted March 11 I agree, horrible call. Just makes them look uneducated. How do I get this rocket style ammo? Wait...I guess that would be a torpedo, not a rocket. 1

How do I know this? Well... My boat is the most expensive vehicle I own. 😂 That's proof that I have my priorities right if you ask me.😉 1
Johnbt Posted Saturday at 06:17 PM Posted Saturday at 06:17 PM Bad, but not as bad as the HK catalog cover from 10 or 15 years ago. The catalog with the $5 price on the cover. Look at the magazine in the corner. 1

After looking at the picture @Johnbt posted, gun manufacturers don’t know how bullets work either so I’ll give the fishing company a pass. 😁 2

Neither view matters even the tiniest amount. I'd suggest relaxing, enjoying the post, and not looking for something to argue about.

I thought we were having a pretty civil conversation but that’s fine. Just didn’t understand what the big deal was. Enjoy your night.
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted Sunday at 01:43 AM BassResource.com Administrator Posted Sunday at 01:43 AM There is no big deal. It's an ad. Ads are often creative, humorous, and entertaining because they're not documentaries. And scene.... 2
