I allow myself one meal a year at McDonald's. With the Friday free fries on the McDonald's app and my single hamburger, lunch cost me $2.20. Old school cost, huh? You eat it once a year but have the app? 2 Quote
SC53 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago 71 here. Weight training 3-4 days a week. Ride bike a couple of miles everyday I can. Used to walk 2 miles but torn meniscus in my right knee won’t allow me to walk but bike ride actually helps it. 2 Quote

Skunkmaster-k Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Arby’s fries are my favorite. When my wife was pregnant with our second son , we would make the trip to Amarillo every weekend to get her Arby’s. That’s when I got addicted to their curly fries. Anyway back to the subject. I climb ladders and roll around in the floor and stuff. Quote

What do you suggest? I park close to the store and get back out in the sticks as quick as I can. Intown people are crazy. I've got plenty of hilly cow pasture fence line to walk. On the grip training, I suggest Captains of Crush. Most should start with the "Guide" gripper. They're not cheap but will last forever. 1 Quote

What do you suggest? Yeah get a set of grippers from Amazon that have incremental resistance so you can progress. You also need to train the muscles that open the hand, even though they are much smaller. For this you can just use some rubber bands. 1 1 Quote

I go for the big open area of the lot where there’s no other cars. I don’t trust people parking right next to me opening their doors. Sometimes I don’t have a choice, but I avoid it when I do. Quote
