Super User Redlinerobert Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 Three Steez baitcasters. My girlfriend bought me some reels. 3 Steez reels, a Viento and a Zillion. I swear if I was into jewelry I'd put a chain on this reel and put it around my neck. They are just beautiful. Quote
reelon Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 That is a beautiful collection of reels! Quote
c_diesel2 Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 Nice girlfriend.....does she have a sister....??????? Quote

sal669 Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 I think I got the right answer to your question, REDLINEROBERT ! My answer is : "YOUR GIRLFRIEND !" Do I get some brownie points ?? ;D Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted February 14, 2007 Author Super User Posted February 14, 2007 She's the best. I'm lucky to have her. And no gentlemen, not because she buys me reels. I have a Steez 6'7" and I am looking a t buying two more to match the other 2 reels. It just doesnt seem right to not match Steez rods with these silly-light baitcasters. Quote
Pond Hopper Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 I would be happy to just get one of those reels, yet 5 Congrats on the reels and the girlfriend Robert. Corey Quote
Super User Raul Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 I know with what I would match those reels and it ain 't a Steez rod. Quote
Super User Alpster Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 I know with what I would match those reels and it ain 't a Steez rod. You said what I was thinking, but it would probably start a war. Ronnie Quote
RiskKid. Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 I bought myself one as my Christmas present to me. I am really looking forward to putting it thru the mill this season. So far I really like it. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 One should be a GLX PR844C. 8-) Quote
Super User FishTank Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 What's better than a Steez baitcaster? 5 Shimano Calais DCs. ;D ;D ;D You asked I thought RW would be all over this one. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 C'mon! This thread showcases presents received and they are certainly very nice gifts. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted February 14, 2007 Super User Posted February 14, 2007 As usual, RW is correct. Just thought I would poke a little fun. I wish I could be that lucky. Those reels are simply amazing. Quote

The_Natural Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 I know with what I would match those reels and it ain 't a Steez rod. That's because you haven't held or fished with one yet . There is a reason I own three and am getting ready to order my 4th. Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted February 16, 2007 Author Super User Posted February 16, 2007 Natural, Which 4 Steez rods do you have? I have the 6'7" model and am looking at getting a couple more. Quote
Madhouse27 Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 I got a card for Valentine's Day. You should go buy five Ugly Stiks for your new reels Quote
The_Natural Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 Natural,Which 4 Steez rods do you have? I have the 6'7" model and am looking at getting a couple more. I have two of the 7'1" Compile X's, and the 6' M SVF. The next time I head to Cabelas, I will ****** a 6'7" 8-). The tips of these rods are so light, they want to shoot in the air. I honestly believe they will add action to my jigs and worms due to their extrordinary balance. We'll see. I'm as impressed as I ever have been with a rod up to this point! Quote
