He wasn’t trying to catch any. He didn’t need to. All looking around for those last 2 periods checking previously marked spots and looking at new water. Probably shook some off though with hooks bent down or cut off. Just about guarantee it 😉 1 1 Quote
Super User Tennessee Boy Posted yesterday at 01:03 AM Super User Posted yesterday at 01:03 AM Jacob Wall who is currently leading AOY finished dead last in this tournament. That has to hurt. ☹️ 1 Quote

The announcers also touched on it saying that had Wheeler done better that year, he probably would have won AOY that year. Maybe it's Kryptonite to some? although Wheeler seemed to put it together today. 1 Quote

Apparently, MLF ownership doesn't feel the need to give up their advertising $$$ for more coverage. Would you pay a subscription fee for better coverage ? Super User Jar11591 Posted yesterday at 02:09 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 02:09 PM The non-scopers aren’t catching em this period. Only 3 or 4 scorable fish combined Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted yesterday at 02:24 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 02:24 PM Wheeler doing Wheeler things with a 5-12. Seems better that sitting this one out. A-Jay 2 Quote

Super User A-Jay Posted yesterday at 07:46 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 07:46 PM I'm sorry but the "Score Tracker" graphic on the right side of the Live screen view is just too Big and really distracting. A-Jay 1 Quote

Super User Jar11591 Posted 9 hours ago Super User Posted 9 hours ago 1st period was a 2 man show! They’ve built a nice gap. Quote
Super User AlabamaSpothunter Posted 8 hours ago Super User Posted 8 hours ago Drew Gill is the best test cases for examining FFS usage. He's proven that he only needs 1/3rd of the fishing time with FFS in order to top 10 BPT tournaments. He's completely one dimensional, but it's hard to argue he's not in the top 3 best scopers alive. Hope Wheeler wins, at least I know he can fish both ways. 5 Quote
Dan N Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Wheeler is getting it done Very nice interaction with the young fan as he’s catching fish under her dock! good guy👍🏻 Quote

He’s just smart enough to know that if his FFS is dialed then he doesn’t need to do much else. Quote
Pumpkin Lizard Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I just finished listening to the latest Bass After Dark where they talked about Practice. Drew Gill said on Thursday night at the end that during practice, the Blue and White Academy boat looms large because Wheeler will seemingly be everywhere. Now on Sunday it's Gill versus Wheeler. Pumpkin Lizard Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Gill within 10 ounces of Wheeler. Gill has 2lbs on Wheeler now. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted 3 hours ago Super User Posted 3 hours ago 5 minutes left ~ one scoreable bass separates 1st & 2nd place. Oh my. Any cast could be the The One. A-Jay 1 Quote

Dan N Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I gotta say, that was great. I was really on the edge of my seat! Was pulling for Wheeler, but tip of the cap to Gill! he beat one of the best. 3 Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted 3 hours ago Super User Posted 3 hours ago Everyone they asked, commentators included, " After a few great days on the water, why did it turn so tough?" I love when they all said "I don't know". Mostly because I never do either. A-Jay 3 1 Quote
Super User Tennessee Boy Posted 3 hours ago Super User Posted 3 hours ago Yeah I was setting here thinking it looked like ideal conditions but it was tough fishing. I don’t think I could make a cast under a dock with minutes left and $100K on the line. That was intense. 2 Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted 3 hours ago Super User Posted 3 hours ago Dang it lol.. well he still won a check and points for AOY.. 1 Quote
