How to remove/disassemble shimano FX handle knob? I see a plastic cap but don't know how to get it out without damaging it. I believe the handle knob assembly is the same on the sienna. 

 

I know it is a cheap shimano reel, but I liked it and want to try to make improvements on it including replacing bushings with bearings. If I'm not wrong, I suspect there may be some bushings in the handle knob.
