thediscochef Posted Wednesday at 11:23 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:23 PM A guy caught the same sharelunker bass two years apart, marking the first time in the program's history https://kicks105.com/texas-angler-catches-same-fish/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR39ylTnQQaSy3YSmcoEZk6R6FR9Nl6VB1B02Ya4WbpKgh3oznqYvXnU-oA_aem_SBDkXqqi3BUDwEP-c7WM4w 15 Quote

Super User FryDog62 Posted yesterday at 11:54 AM Super User Posted yesterday at 11:54 AM I need to trade my boat in for a dock that catches 14 pound bass.. 1 4 Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted yesterday at 12:07 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 12:07 PM My little brain is asking if that dock is for sale? I would be all in. 1 2 Quote
Super User king fisher Posted yesterday at 12:14 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 12:14 PM Some guys got all the luck. I doubt if I could catch the same DD bass if I raised the bass in my bath tub. Got to like a guy that catches a giant bass and still calls his rod a fishing pole. Maybe I should get back to my uncomplicated dock fishing roots. I had just as much fun fishing before I met the Bait Monkey as I do now. 2 2 Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted yesterday at 01:57 PM Super User Posted yesterday at 01:57 PM Yea idk about fishing docks, I’ve kind of abandoned that whole fishing tactic. Those dock owners are very protective and now I can see why. 1 Quote

These are the stories that will make diehard Bass anglers stop going lol. The lottery odds of that happening the first time were astronomical, it happening the second time in the same manner almost defies belief. Imagine how hard you fish for a DD, then some guy just Crappie fishes off the same dock with the same micro lure and catches two teeners. I QUIT 🤣 2 1 Quote

BassKat Posted yesterday at 05:10 PM Posted yesterday at 05:10 PM I've broken off, caught the fish, and retrieved my lost lure in its mouth. Always dinks! 2 Quote
Rockhopper Posted yesterday at 05:38 PM Posted yesterday at 05:38 PM But did the dude have a fishing license? 4 Quote

Super User AlabamaSpothunter Posted 21 hours ago Super User Posted 21 hours ago Sharelunker program might be the coolest thing in Bass fishing. Every time I think about how awesome the ShareLunker program is, I get a little depressed thinking about my own state's stance and programs to help grow more and bigger Bass. Meanwhile Alabama is dumping Stripers into the lakes and spraying the vegetation year after year. Imagine not only catching a teener, but getting it mounted for free, contributing to enhancing the future of trophy Bass fishing in Texas, and then going to an awards banquet to celebrate you and your catch. Hard to argue that Texas isn't the capital of LMB fishing in the world. 5 Quote
The Baron Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Caught on a 5ft. rod with 8# line (mono, I’ll bet) on a tiny paddletail. (looks at 15 rod/reel combos and a dozen boxes of gear… <weeps pathetically>) 4 Quote
