GRiver Posted February 22 Posted February 22 I made a commitment to fish more hard bait/crank baits last year….. my numbers went down and smaller fish, plus a trip to the clinic to get a treble removed from my finger. I couldn’t get it out by myself. I did learn a lot and I’m not going to give them up, just not fish them exclusive. I did get a new combo out of it too. Yep to bait monkey beat me up profusely about the wallet last year. But I got to spend some time on the water… so it’s all good. 1 Quote
Super User MN Fisher Posted February 22 Super User Posted February 22 Lipless and DTs are my primary cranks - all in 'natural' colors like Bluegill or Perch....even the ESOX like cranks...but they usually take off with them. 4 Quote
primetime Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Crankbaits can be addicting with all the brands and colors for sure. Easy to lose it in the store and go overboard. Luckily, some of the ones you never throw will end up being discontinued and there is always someone on Ebay willing to pay good money for them. Quote
