Tarpon Hunter Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Just wondering if you can store Yamamoto's floating plastics in a Plano box or with other regular old school soft plastics? I know some plastics will melt with both over time and you need to keep them separate, Quote
Bass Rutten Posted February 14 Posted February 14 I tested the ned senko by putting one in with regular plastics for a week and it was fine, no reaction. I’m not sure if the formulas are the same throughout their lines though. 1 Quote
Tarpon Hunter Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 I put a Yamamoto floating craw under a regular senko and put a 2 lb weight on it. Curious to see how it looks after a few weeks Quote
Super User TOXIC Posted February 14 Super User Posted February 14 I feel like I should have an answer for this but I don’t since every plastic in my boat is Yamamoto. 😆 1 Quote
bwillis Posted February 14 Posted February 14 I have a pack of the slinkos and the floating neds, and at least one of them says not to mix with other plastics. I can confirm when I get home from work 1 Quote

These are what I use for re-bagging and even Elaztech doesn't affect these like it does OTC Ziplocs. 1 Quote

I've experimented before and Z man colors don't bleed into one another. So far the Yamamoto floating plastics haven't reacted at all to the regular senkos Quote
