I’m a fan of the current Tatulas, and those new ones look pretty sweet!

Tackle warehouse has the current line 25% off plus a free aftco shirt

Looks cool.  I wish they had a carbon grip just to knock it out of the part with a modern rod.  To me the posion adrena was the bass fishing iphone moment when we went from black berry's and flip phones with buttons to a glass touch screen that worked with human hands.  Ditching the tree bark for a carbon tube handle assembly was like the rod stepped out from a time portal from the future.  I would like to see that at sub $200.

this is like the exact opposite of what I want in a rod lol.

Can i pay Daiwa to remove that ugly spider that they put on everything Tat?

You could always switch to Abu rods. They don’t have an ugly spider.

Yeah you could get a Zillion/BLX/Steez and not have to worry about it

I’m glad they went back to split grips on the new Tatula rods. I preferred the original Tatula over the last model.

Really great rods. I have the Ehler AGS been impressed with it.

Except... those guides...  I think I have broken 5 guides in 50 years of fishing and 4 of them have been the AGS guides on my one Ehrler rod. It's in the shop as we speak getting fixed yet again. I would order another Ehrler rod if they came with different guides.

Thoughts?

Video is too dark.  My 10 year old grandson could do better.  Probably pick better music too, although I wouldn't bet my life on that.  :)
