just wondering how you guys organize your hooks, jigs heads, weights etc.  Its a losing battle in my boxes.  Also, what do you use to store your minnow, soft plastic swimbait type stuff.  thanks

I use a falcon box for the hooks, weights, swivels, etc.  Best 10 bucks I ever spent.

Swimbaits cant answer that one.  I only have cheap ones piled in a plano 3700

Agreed.  I am gradually switching all of my boxes over to the Falcon system.

All my tackle is in Falcon boxes.  Never had a problem with one of them.  The worm bags are idea for carring bags of soft plastic.

All falcon boxes.  Plastics are stored in ziplog gallon size bags in the tackle bag front pocket, sorted by plastic type (worms, lizards, tubes, senkos, etc.).  Here's the hook box from falcon.  Hands down the best.  I challenge anyone to mention anything else.....

All of my hooks, weights, and snaps are in one BPS 370 box, separated by size. I use to have them divided by size and color but I kept running out of space.

I keep the jig heads in the same box with the jigs and skirts, also separated by size.
