I have a Daiwa Tatula 103h everything was great love the reel and one day I noticed some noise coming from the worm gear. So I went ahead and stripped the entire thing down oiled the bearing and greased the pinion all that. And I also greased the worm gear with my Pen grease the blue one. And after spinning the reel quickly it doesn’t sound smooth like it did. It basically sounds like I didn’t even grease it. How much exactly do I need to put on there I thought I put enough, but maybe I didn’t. Do I need to fill the teeth completely?

the factory grease was great it seemed a lot thicker than the Penn grease.

Sounds like you might need to clean some Bearings.

Or at the very least add A 'drop' or maybe 2 of quality bearing oil.

I use this . . .

Did you doing anything with #61, 62, 64? Oil? Grease?

Yes I greased it. I narrowed it down to the big gear inside the reel I grease it and it’s not super smooth like I can feel the heat turning when I reel

It might be normal for that reel.  I don't have that gen of Tatula but I have heard lots of reports of then not staying smooth and Daiwa has abandoned that platform and moved on to a new a hyperdrive gear set and new platform as well as adding hyperdrive to the original tatula platform they still use in their CT and HD Tatulas.  You might want to replace the gear set if you are 100% sure it has gone rough.

Grease should only be used to lubricate and preserve parts, never to “silence” reels by masking imperfections or tolerances of manufacturing. Grease on an open application like level winds is a bad idea. The grease collects debris which becomes abrasive. An oil film is best here. Packing drive gears only wastes product and makes future cleaning more difficult. Fast spinning the handle doesn’t tell you a thing. That’s not normal reel use. In general it’s reasonable to expect a reel to develop some level of sound and feel after some use. Without seeing the reel or what you did/ didn’t do I can’t say with certainty whether or not it could be better.

Yes I believe that the main gear is just noisy I think there isn’t much I can do to make it quiet. I was expecting a 200 dollar reel to be silent and buttery smooth and it is smooth just I do not enjoy feeling the mesh of the main gear when reeling.

I think it is normal it’s smooth but I can feel the mesh of the main gear when reeling. The reel is new couple months I just thought I could quiet it. So is there not an upgrade I can purchase for it, better gears perhaps? Which Daiwa has the new hyper drive?

I would assume the Penn grease viscosity is wrong - too low - you need higher viscosity grease on the gears.

I apply grease to main gear using a square-ended sable art brush.

Too much over-flow will find its way to your spool bearings.

(obviously not Daiwa)

Not suggesting you run out and buy this, but I keep -B and -SW

kinda ML and MH viscosity for fresh and salt reels, respectively.

SLP 300 is Daiwa recommended for baitcast drive gears.

The current 24 Tatula, Tatula 80, Tatula 70, Zillion and Alphas have hyperdrive gears.  The new Tatula SV 150 HD (which shares a platform with the Tatula/Fuego CT and original Tatula/Tatula HD) also comes with hyperdrive gears meaning you can most likely upgrade old Tatulas to hyperdrive.  Except yours.  If you have the last gen 100 platform then that is not supported by hyperdrive gears and looks like Dawia is moving away from it entirely since they migrated their Coastal 150 SV to the new 24 Tatula platform.
