I've been retired for a number of years and used to fish every day I could for a number of years and added them up for a couple of years with over 3000 bass a year plus stripers and others. I fished all year while you took months off, your feat is much more commendable. 3,000 > 2,044 is the way I see it. Actually, the way I see it is we both love catching fish and have been lucky enough to spend many, many days on the water, my bass brother! Quote
Backroad Angler Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 Very nice, I don’t even think I’ve broke 100 in a given year lol 1 Quote

I see you live in Texas. Figure a way to cast all the way to Maine and your luck will change. Perhaps a really long rod or a lure with a rocket booster. If I see your lure land out of nowhere close to me, I'll net it for you and send you a pic! @countonswampgirlforlousyideas Quote
Super User king fisher Posted December 1, 2024 Super User Posted December 1, 2024 That may be more bass than I have caught in my entire life. I'm sure I have not caught 2,000 bass over three pounds in my life time. You should be very proud of both the numbers and size of bass you caught. Remarkable year, hope you catch even more next year. 1 1 Quote
