The unit is less than 6 months old. I noticed in the beginning that it seemed to be a little difficult to pop out of the cradle. Over time it has gotten much worse. Today I tried for 20 minutes to get it to release from the cradle with no luck. I was afraid if I put anymore force on it for fear something would break. Ended up taking the whole unit off the mount instead. Its almost as if the cradle is warped and putting everything in a bind. Has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a solution short of contacting Garmin?

I have 2 93sv's.  Bought them 3 years ago.  1 of the units was tough to remove from the cradle almost from the start.  Don't know why but eventually one of the connection pins broke off.  Garmin replaced the unit and that one connects/disconnects without problems.  Garmin customer service is great to deal with.
